The refund came through quickly, which I wasn’t really expecting. I kept checking my account because I was half-suspicious there’d be some hidden delay or catch, but it showed up sooner than I thought

"Nice jacket, fit was not quite expected"
The jacket is still nice and overall I like it, but the product details were just okay. The sizing info felt a little off to me, so the fit was not exactly what I had expected. Not a bad purchase, just a bit different than I thought it would be

"Super comfy everyday gear"
Picked up a hoodie and a pair of pants from carhartt-wip, i’ve been really happy with them. The hoodie is soft on the inside without feeling too thick or heavy, and the pants have that loose fit I like without looking or feeling overly baggy. I wore both for a full day at work and never felt stiff or irritated, which is usually my biggest complaint with new clothes. Maybe they use better fabric than some other brands, because they just feel easier to wear all day. Delivery was totally fine too, but the comfort is the main reason I’d order again. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Really good quality, even if it’s a bit pricey"
I bought a jacket and a couple of tees from Carhartt WIP, i was a little unsure at first because it’s not exactly cheap. But after wearing them for a bit, I’m happy with everything. The fabric feels thick, the stitching looks neat, and nothing has that cheap or flimsy feel. I’ve washed the tees a few times now and, thankfully, they still fit the same with no weird shrinking. The jacket also feels like something that’s going to last for years. I guess the price made me hesitate, but the quality does feel worth it.

Had a small issue with my order, and I’ll be honest, I was half-expecting it to turn into a bit of a back-and-forth. But reading between the lines, they clearly knew what had gone wrong and just got on with fixing it. Support replied really fast, no hassle, and everything was sorted. Really happy with how it ended up.

I did end up getting my refund, so I guess I can’t complain too much. It just took longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. Not the smoothest experience, but at least it was sorted out in the end.

I’ll give them credit, they somehow always have what I need in stock, which is more than I can say for a lot of places that look way more organized. It’s nice not having to check ten different stores just to find the basics.

I ordered my usual size and it fit pretty much exactly how I hoped. No weird tight areas, no sleeves hanging awkwardly or anything like that. i was kind of expecting to have to guess a bit with the sizing, but it was accurate, so... yeah, made the whole order way easier.

I ordered a jacket from Carhartt WIP and the sizing was a little off, so I had to exchange it. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, so I really didn’t want to deal with a complicated return, but thankfully the label was easy to sort out and the instructions were clear. It took a few days, but nothing unreasonable, and the right size came back without any hassle. Customer service replied to my email too, not super fast, but they were helpful. Overall, happy with the experience and I’d order from them again.

"Pretty solid for the price"

"Easy to wear and looks really good"
I’ve always liked the look of Carhartt WIP stuff. It’s simple, simple, but not plain or boring, and the fit has that relaxed streetwear vibe without trying too hard. The colors are easy to wear with pretty much anything too. I wear my jacket a lot, like a lot, and I still get compliments on it all the time
